At Studio Ayurveda, Nasim Maani offers a complementary approach to health that is both preventative as well as restorative, while being completely personalized to your needs and your individual constitution.

A Holistic Approach to
Ayurveda is a holistic science that examines the root causes of illness and disease by looking at the inherent balance of an individual (constitution) and remedying the current imbalance. Due to this distinctive approach, a wide range of physical and mental issues can be effectively addressed even before they manifest.
