Greetings to you from my new home in Chapel Hill, North Carolina! Today I'm sharing with you a form of guided meditation that has been personally very helpful. If you haven't begun to meditate yet, maybe this will encourage you! Just close your eyes and listen and use your power of imagination to conjure up an image of a mountain.
